Adam graduated from Oxford Brookes University and started his career in London’s West End, qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 1997 at Chesterton.He then moved to a South East based property company specialising in industrial and out of town retail for three years before relocating to Bristol and working for student accommodation specialist Unite on site acquisitions and development.He set up his own Property Company Blandfield Properties in 2002 and co-founded ADAPT in 2009.

James is a Cambridge graduate, and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2001 at King Sturge. He joined private asset management specialist Charterfield in 2002 to focus on working with joint venture institutional funding partners before co-founded ADAPT in 2009. James is a member of The Investment Property Forum and a Visiting Fellow in Real Estate at University of West of England. He is Chair of United Communities Housing Association and is a past Executive Board Member of the RICS Commercial Property Faculty.

JONATHAN GALE

Jonathan holds degrees from the Universities of Birmingham and Sheffield Hallam and started his career at Donaldsons, qualifying in 2001. He ran the office agency department at GVA in Leeds before joining King Sturge as a Partner in 2007. In 2012, Jonathan set up his own property consultancy and has worked with a number of developers, property companies and funds in differing roles including asset management, development management and the sourcing and acquisition of new development and investment opportunities. Jonathan has been a consultant to ADAPT since mid-2018.

CLAIRE SETREM

BSc (Hons)

Claire holds a Mathematics degree from Brunel University, London and has been an analyst at ADAPT since mid 2017. Prior to this she worked for 13 years for B&Q, initially as site Research Analyst responsible for demographic and market modelling and laterally as Operations Development Project Manager, delivering productivity and store simplifications. Claire was previously a European Supply Chain Manager for Tyco Healthcare and holds a PRINCE2 Practitioner qualification in project management.
