Graham started his career in commercial agency with ASH & Co in Gloucester before moving to the King Sturge Investment Department in Bristol where he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1997. Four years later, Graham joined The Royal Bank of Scotland Property Finance Group based in the City.
He moved back to Bristol in 2004 as a Director in the Southern Region Real Estate team. In 2006 Graham made the transition into retail led mixed use development with Simons Developments.
MA MPhil MRICS
James is a Cambridge graduate and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor at King Sturge. He joined private asset management specialist Charterfield in 2002 to focus on the asset management of retail and office led schemes with joint venture institutional funding partners.
James is a member of The Investment Property Forum and a Visiting Fellow in Real Estate at University of West of England. He sits on the board of United Communities Housing Association and is a past Executive Board Member of the RICS Commercial Property Faculty.

Adam started his career in London’s West End and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1997 whilst at Chesterton. He then moved to a South East based property company (industrial and out of town retail) for three years and then relocated to Bristol and worked for student accommodation specialist Unite (site acquisitions and development) for a further three years. He then set up his own Property Company Blandfield Properties in 2002.

After qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 2005, having worked in London and Paris, Jonathan worked in investment agency in central London. He spent six years at The Portman Estate, managing and developing a portfolio of office, leisure, residential, pubs and hotel assets; and subsequently established his own asset and development management business.
From May 2015 Jonathan has worked with ADAPT on acquisition, development and management for private investors and family office clients across the UK, focusing on residential, leisure and mixed use schemes, as well as strategic regeneration sites.
